We will contact you or your chalet host shortly before your arrival to arrange a convenient time to meet you. Our team are all well trained and customer-focused ski technicians and boot fitters. They have a deep knowledge of all of our equipment and the skills to fit it correctly 2U.
We don’t ask for any money in advance. We pride ourselves on our service and equipment and only ask for payment at the end of your hire. If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, let us know in advance and we won’t charge you a cent!
